Iketla Lodge

Iketla Lodge is a luxury accommodation situated within a 540-hectare private nature conservancy near Ohrigstad, Mpumalanga Province, South Africa. The lodge is strategically positioned in a natural basin surrounded by spectacular mountains and cliffs, offering an authentic African bush experience with exceptional natural scenery.

The property features stone-and-thatch cottages that accommodate a maximum of 16 guests, ensuring exclusivity and privacy. Each cottage is equipped with en-suite facilities, including unique stone-built indoor showers, hand-made ceramic basins set in hardwood slabs, and private outdoor showers. The chalets are furnished with either queen-sized or twin beds, mini-bars, and water kettles, decorated thoughtfully with African decor.

The main lodge area comprises a thatched structure housing a lounge, dining area, and bar, all offering panoramic mountain views. A sundeck and swimming pool complement the facilities. The establishment operates on a dinner, bed, and breakfast basis, serving traditional South African cuisine, with the option of dining around the campfire when weather permits.

Located on the northern end of the Panorama Route near the Blyde River Canyon and en route to Kruger National Park, Iketla Lodge serves as an ideal base for exploring the region's attractions, including God's Window.
