Intaba Thulile is a peaceful mountain, a 450-hectare private game farm located within the Magaliesburg Nature Conservancy. It is situated approximately 80 kilometers west of Johannesburg and 90 kilometers from Pretoria, providing a convenient getaway for those seeking refuge from the rigors of urban life. The rolling savannah grassland plain, pristine bush, and the distinctive suikerbos and kiepersol trees are guarded over by the imposing amber cliffs of the mountain.

With its abundant birdlife, and a variety of trees, ferns, flowers, and grasses, the reserve is a delight for birdwatchers and botanists. It is a paintbox of colors: greens of every hue, reds, yellows, whites, blues, and pinks of the many flowers. Game viewers will not be disappointed, as the reserve is home to a variety of buck, warthogs, jackals, ostriches, and a pair of graceful giraffes.

Intaba Thulile offers self-catering accommodation in lovely wooden chalets set amongst the trees and with stunning views of the mountain. Guests can simply relax on the comfortable decks, bask in the peace, listen to the sounds of nature, and gaze upon the unforgettable views. Alternatively, they can actively explore the ancient kloofs, cliffs, crevices, and extraordinary rock formations. Hiking, walking, mountain biking, swimming, game viewing, and horse riding are available for visitors.

The chalets feature two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. There is one bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The chalets are fully equipped with linens, towels, crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans, suitable for two adults or two adults and two children. Each chalet has a spacious deck with lovely views.
