Inversanda is situated in the beautiful Dargle valley in the Midlands of KwaZulu-Natal. It offers a perfect haven for country lovers and a tranquil place to relax. Self-catering accommodation is available in three houses, each with its own kitchen facilities and equipped with most amenities. The establishment provides scrumptious farmhouse meals upon request, using only local fine seasonal produce.

A variety of indoor and outdoor games are offered at the farmhouse, including scrabble, jenga, a selection of puzzles, croquet, and badminton. For rainy days, there is a pool table and a table tennis table in a converted stable, central to all the cottages. As guests head down Inversanda's 2.5 km driveway, the Inhlosane mountain amphitheater unfolds in front of them, with the farm nestling in its footsteps, signaling their arrival.

There are many picnic sites where visitors can spend lazy afternoons. The Umgeni River, which meanders through the lovely farm, is definitely a favorite swimming spot. The farm also has a swimming pool and a trampoline, offering alternative recreational options. Nearby attractions include Midmar Dam, the Mandela Capture Monument, and the Nelson Mandela Memorial Capture Site.

The barn cottage was one of the original farm tractor sheds and can comfortably accommodate six guests. The main bedroom features an extra-long king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has twin beds, a bunk bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
