Iphupho Bush Lodge is a self-catering accommodation suitable for two couples or a family seeking an African experience. The lodge is situated away from the fairways, offering privacy. It provides visitors an opportunity to experience wildlife while staying in a comfortable home.

Iphupho Bush Lodge is located within the Hans Merensky Golf Estate in Phalaborwa, a city synonymous with the Kruger National Park and its thriving tourism industry. The area is known as the "valley of the elephants" and is abundant with wildlife.

The Hans Merensky Golf Estate was initially a hotel with a golf course but was later converted into a residential estate. Due to its proximity to an eco-sensitive area, only 79 sites, each 1 hectare in size, were allowed to be sold for residential purposes. The estate features a diverse array of wildlife, including warthogs, giraffes, zebras, impalas, crocodiles, hippos, wild dogs, lions, and leopards, which freely roam the golf course and residential areas.

The estate features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Bob Grimsdell, complemented by a hotel with conference facilities and several restaurants. Additionally, there is a curio shop, hair dresser/beautician, pro shop, and clubhouse.

Iphupho Bush Lodge itself has a typical bush lodge design, with a thatched roof, iron oxide screeded floors, locally sourced pottery light fittings and vanity bowls, and timber made from sleeper wood (teak) used for windows, doors, and frames. The custom-made teak kitchen features high-quality fittings, including granite countertops.

The lodge offers two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, air-conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, and fans. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers, baths, and separate toilets.
