This area serves as the kitchen, sitting room, and dining room, where guests can prepare basic meals, socialize, or enjoy their meals. The area is equipped with a fridge, a microwave oven, a small two-plate stove, a kitchen sink, crockery, and cutlery.

Outdoors, guests can relax at a table with chairs, which is also the designated smoking area.

All rooms can be booked for either single or double occupancy, with applicable rates. For safety reasons, only booked guests are allowed on the property, and visitors are permitted only with prior arrangement and consent.

The full breakfast includes all the light breakfast items, plus muesli, eggs, bacon, and additional items like mushrooms or cheese, depending on the dish of the day. Coffee, tea, and rusks are always available, but dinner is not offered.

Room 1 features two single beds, a wardrobe, a TV, an occasional chair, a desk with a chair, bed lamps, mirrors, towels, freshly laundered bedding, and an en-suite bathroom (5 square meters) with a shower, basin, toilet, and basic toiletries. This room (14 square meters) offers a delightful view of the main garden.
