Downstairs, there is a spacious entertainment area with a braai area shielded from the wind and undercover, allowing the father figure to braai while the kids enjoy the pool and the rest of the family engages in activities like pool or watching a movie. Wi-Fi is provided, along with an active DSTV card, decoder, and inverter. The property is located one road back from the beach, but guests can park at the beach or use nearby access stairs for a short walk to the beach.

The house is serviced as per additional charges and is surrounded by security beams supported by a local armed response company. It can accommodate a maximum of 12 adults and 2 children under 10 years old, with a total sleeping capacity of 14 people across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
