Island Safari Lodge

Island Safari Lodge is a historic establishment dating back to 1973, situated on a 300-acre private island reserve in Maun, Botswana. Located just 10 kilometers from Maun Airport, the lodge rests on the banks of the Thamalakane River, offering guests a tranquil oasis beneath a canopy of large Okavango trees.

The property features comfortable accommodation options including 12 chalets, 6 Heritage Rooms, and 6 Heritage Family Rooms. All rooms are equipped with modern amenities including en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, satellite TV, and tea and coffee facilities. The lodge also maintains a spacious campsite along the riverbank, complete with communal ablutions and access to a dedicated swimming pool.
