Jabulani, Kruger Park Lodge

Jabulani, meaning "happiness", is a luxurious, well-equipped lodge set amidst natural bush that attracts impala and a wide variety of beautiful and unusual birdlife. The lodge is situated on a beautifully landscaped Gary Player-designed golf course, located on the banks of the Sabie River in Kruger Park. Hippos reside in a nearby dam and can be viewed safely at close quarters from a hippo hide.

The lodge features a resident's pool in close proximity, while the main facilities, located a five-minute walk away, include a main pool, a children's pool, a restaurant, trampolines, tennis courts, table tennis facilities, a snooker/pool table, and crazy golf. The owners, Terry and Shirley, are qualified field guides who live nearby and can assist in tailoring guests' holidays to suit their preferences. They can also recommend local restaurants, places to visit, activities, and safari guides at no additional cost.

Jabulani offers a three-bedroom self-catering house that can accommodate up to six guests. The house features two twin rooms and one double room with a queen-size bed, all with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the en-suite bathrooms have a bath, shower, and toilet, while the third has a bath with a shower attachment and toilet. Additionally, the house is equipped with a well-appointed, fully fitted kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. Large sliding doors extend from the living area onto a large deck with built-in barbecue facilities, outdoor furniture, and DStv with 15 channels.
