Jacaranda is a five-bedroom property located in the upmarket suburb of Llandudno. It features an inviting swimming pool and a double carport for parking. The property offers five bedrooms furnished with comfortable double beds. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, either with a bath and shower or a shower only. The remaining two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Additionally, there is a separate guest toilet available.

The fully-equipped kitchen is suitable for self-catering, with amenities such as a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and a tumble-dryer, are provided. The open-plan lounge is equipped with a TV featuring DStv, and the living room opens onto a furnished patio, which is ideal for entertaining while offering uninterrupted sea views.

Llandudno offers lovely views of the Twelve Apostles, Lion's Head, and the Karbonkelberg. The area has beautiful beaches where guests can relax and enjoy the sun. Although Llandudno does not have restaurants or shops, a short drive will lead to the vibrant Hout Bay or any of the numerous attractions and activities that Cape Town has to offer.
