It is a triple-storey home that sits atop a stairway, which has been biblically named "Jacob's Ladder," suggesting a metaphor of ascending to heavenly heights. The property can accommodate up to eight guests and features a main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (including a bath and shower), as well as two additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom (with a bath).

The house offers 360-degree views over False Bay and is surrounded by terraced gardens. Guests may witness Southern Right Whales breaching and lob tailing in the bay during the afternoons. The property comprises four bedrooms, three bathrooms, three lounges, and seven dining options spread across three levels. Additionally, it features a pool and entertainment deck that provide stunning vistas of False Bay.
