The Jubilee Square Apartment is a beautifully furnished accommodation located on the first floor in the heart of the historical village of Simon's Town, on the picturesque False Bay coast. The apartment overlooks Jubilee Square and offers a slight view of the Yacht Basin. It has two bedrooms: the main bedroom features a king-size bed and separate access to the bathroom, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds.

The apartment features a full bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and shower over the tub. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. Additionally, the building has its own coin-operated laundry facility. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix, although DSTV is not available. Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment.

Situated on the main road directly opposite Jubilee Square, the apartment is conveniently located in Simon's Town, a historical naval village offering restaurants, coffee shops, and quirky shops selling various items from clothing to nautical artifacts. Monical & Mermaid coffee shop is located right next to the main entrance of the building on the ground floor, and most amenities are within walking distance.

The surrounding area offers numerous attractions and activities. Guests can take a drive to Kalk Bay, where they can find excellent restaurants and visit the harbor to purchase fresh fish when the fishing boats return around midday. Alternatively, they can venture to Muizenberg for surfing lessons or enjoy a stroll along the beautiful beach. Boulder's Beach, where visitors can view penguins, and Cape Point Nature Reserve, arguably one of the most beautiful places on earth, are also nearby and a short drive away.

The apartment is approximately an hour's drive from Cape Town International Airport and 55 minutes from Cape Town City Center. Cape Point is around a 15-minute drive, while Kalk Bay and Muizenberg are approximately 15 and 25 minutes away, respectively.
