The 65 square meter Junior-Suite Merlot is located on the first floor of the double-story guesthouse constructed in 2018. It offers a mountain setting with views of the back slope of Table Mountain. The two-room apartment consists of one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a long bathtub. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed with two separate extra-length mattresses, as well as a beautiful wooden wardrobe and sideboard.

The lounge area has a fully-fitted open-plan kitchen, a large window, and a sliding door, both spanning three meters in width, leading to a beautiful balcony/terrace with outdoor furniture and a UV heater. From the balcony/terrace, guests can enjoy stunning views of the garden, swimming pool, and the mountain. Both the lounge and bedroom are equipped with a robust air conditioning system.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a large fridge/freezer combination, an induction stove with an extractor, a microwave oven, and a sink. The Steenberg Golf Club, an 18-hole championship course, is situated nearby.
