Kalahari Guest House

The Kalahari Guest House is located on the farm "Uitsig" in the midst of the "Green Desert" on the route to the Transfrontier Kgalagadi Park, approximately 50 kilometers from Upington. It offers visitors a firsthand embrace of nature with all the luxuries of modern life. The guesthouse is warm and stylishly rustic, featuring a cozy dining room, vibrant bedrooms, and an authentic Kalahari Farm Kitchen Shop where visitors can purchase true South African gifts and fresh products.

The bush camp, known as "Uitsig" meaning "the view," consists of individual lodges designed with interwoven wooden poles and branches, creating a feeling of being one with nature. All the lodges have fully equipped and private bathrooms, as well as comfortable bedrooms with a truly African theme. The curio shop offers a wide range of Bushman products. Campsites are available, each with a private braai area and a breathtaking view, allowing visitors to walk for miles with only nature's silence for company.

Visitors can bring their own quad bikes and enjoy the ride or have fun on the 4x4 trail. Bush Camp One can accommodate two people and is fitted with two single beds. The Bush Camp is fully equipped and also has a private bathroom and lapa.
