KarMichael Farm is an upmarket accommodation establishment situated on a 23-hectare working farm just outside Himeville in the Southern Drakensberg. The property offers four self-catering cottages and four separate rooms, with a total capacity to accommodate 22 guests depending on sleeping arrangements. The guest rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious, providing above-average comforts for a genuine home-away-from-home experience.

The establishment features a large front veranda where guests can relax while enjoying stunning views of Hodgson's Peaks and Sani Pass, with the Sani Pass turnoff located just over one kilometer away. The property includes two freshwater dams stocked with bass, operating under a strict catch-and-release policy for fishing enthusiasts.

KarMichael Farm serves as a popular venue for wedding parties and business conferences, with facilities to host up to 25 function guests depending on the configuration. One notable room, Augusta, features a full en-suite bathroom complete with bathtub, shower, toilet, and hand basin, as well as two comfortable three-quarter beds equipped with hot blankets for winter comfort. Currently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and staff shortages, the establishment is not offering meal services but maintains support for local businesses.
