The hotel features 15 uniquely designed rooms that reflect the owner and decorator Sue Melvill's vision of a classic Karoo bedroom, emphasizing stillness, honesty, and serenity. The rooms are divided into three categories: Klein Karoo Rooms, Groot Karoo Rooms, and the spacious Garden Suite. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs and Netflix.

The Karoo Art Hotel offers wedding services, where couples can exchange vows against the backdrop of the impressive mountain range and diverse landscape, providing breathtaking scenery for wedding photos.
