The name 'Keerweder' is derived from an old Afrikaans-Dutch word meaning 'return' and refers to a place of hospitality to which one desires to return repeatedly: a true place of many happy returns, homecoming, and tranquility. The establishment, serving as a home away from home, is situated in a quiet location in the town of Riebeek West on the slope of Kasteelberg, offering stunning views of the Riebeek Valley and easy access to all the amenities of the valley.

Upon arrival, everything slows down, allowing visitors to connect with the gentle flow of rural life. The three luxury double rooms are set in a lush garden filled with the songs of various birds in the huge trees surrounding the house. All rooms are equipped with 100% cotton linen and towels, as well as a coffee/tea station with homemade rusks. One of the rooms has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two rooms share a bathroom. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas, and ample secure parking is provided on the premises. Guests have access to a pool and braai area.

The Riebeek Valley is renowned for its wheat, wines, and more recently, olives. It is a popular destination for tourism, outdoor activities, arts, and crafts, boasting numerous restaurants, wedding venues, and venues for wine and olive tasting. The establishment can accommodate 10 guests in five double bedrooms. The facilities are thoroughly cleaned between bookings, with a period of at least two days between bookings during which no one stays over. Guests will have no contact with anyone else during their stay. The garden room is particularly romantic.
