Kelora Bush Camp

Kelora Bush Camp is a rustic tented establishment situated in the heart of the Bushveld in Mica, Limpopo Province, South Africa. The camp is owner-managed by a South African family of three - Kristian, Jenni, and their daughter Kristina Cherry. The family relocated from city life to pursue their dream of living in the bush, establishing an eco-friendly camp that offers an authentic African experience.

The accommodation consists of six stylish safari tents set on elevated decks overlooking the bush. Each tent features en-suite bathrooms and comes fully equipped with linen, towels, and amenities. The camp offers both family tents that can accommodate up to four guests, with options for king-size and single beds, as well as private two-sleeper tents.

Activities at Kelora include hosted game drives in well-maintained open safari vehicles and guided bush walks, which are conducted in the early mornings to avoid peak temperatures. The private game reserve features diverse terrain including sandveld, woodland, savannah, and rocky outcrops, providing a natural haven for local wildlife, though notably without the presence of the Big 5.

The camp's central location makes it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas and various entrances to Kruger National Park. Kristian's passion for bush exploration combined with Jenni's dedication to hospitality creates an immersive wildlife experience for guests, while their daughter Kristina contributes her natural affinity for trees and infectious enthusiasm to the family business.
