Kieliekrankie Wilderness Camp Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park Sanparks

The Kieliekrankie Wilderness Camp is located in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, where the vibrant red dunes seamlessly merge with the vast scrubland. This park is home to herds of gemsbok, springbok, eland, and blue wildebeest that gracefully navigate through the changing seasons. Majestic camel thorn trees offer shade for magnificent black-mane lions and serve as perfect perches for elusive leopards and various raptors.

The camp is situated 50 km from Twee Rivieren on the Southern Dune Road. Guests who have booked Kieliekrankie will check in at Twee Rivieren, which is the closest spot for shopping and refueling. The camp has no fences surrounding it, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the wilderness experience. A dedicated tourism assistant is available to ensure a seamless and memorable stay.

Located into a dune, this unique self-catering camp offers breathtaking vistas of the crimson sands of the Kalahari and can be reached by passenger vehicles. It is located on the South African side of the border. The rates vary depending on the number of adults and children in the group, and quotes include the 1% Community Levy. However, daily conservation fees must be paid directly to the camp upon arrival.
