Kilrush, Experience 1880

Kilrush, Experience 1880, is an attraction that aims to transport visitors back to the year 1880 through a unique stone house situated amidst the East Griqualand, Natal mountain ranges. The absence of electricity in the house contributes to the immersive experience, creating a sense of being off-the-grid and enabling guests to disconnect from modern distractions. Visitors are encouraged to explore the farm surroundings and diverse landscape, providing an opportunity for rejuvenation.

The accommodation consists of a bedroom located off the verandah, which does not have a direct entrance to the main house. Instead, the bedroom opens onto the verandah itself. It features two single beds, a sink bath, and a toilet. Additionally, spare mattresses are available for families who wish to have children sharing the bedroom with them.
