Kinana

Kinana is a beautiful multi-purpose holiday home that can accommodate a large family or group of friends. It is located in Princes Grant Coastal Golf Estate, 15 km north of Ballito. The estate features a kilometre-long private and secluded beach, as well as canoeing opportunities on the private lagoon. Nature trails are available for birdwatchers, with over 239 bird species that can be observed throughout the year.

The property consists of a triple-story building connected to a double-story unit with individual studio apartments via a suspended wooden deck bridge. The property offers magnificent views of the ocean, the golf course, and the surrounding forest.

The main house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), a fully equipped kitchen, and an open-plan living area leading onto a large wooden sundeck. There is a double lock-up garage, a private balcony, a guest bathroom, and beautiful landscaped gardens.

The double-story studio apartments are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, kitchenettes, a seating area with a TV, and lovely views of the ocean and golf course. Guests need to bring their own smart card for the use of DStv. The first-level studio apartment has also been designed to serve as a small conference or meeting room.
