Klipspringer Lodge

Klipspringer Lodge is a establishment situated between mountains to the rear (Mount Bekker) and grasslands in the front, at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level. It offers guests a view of the South African lowveld's flora and fauna while relaxing on the pool deck or vibrant bar area. The lodge grounds allow for leisurely strolls to observe zebras, blue wildebeests, blesboks, impalas, small mammals, and a variety of bird species. More adventurous visitors can hike up the bushy mountain slopes where the more elusive nyalas, kudus, bushbucks, duikers, and klipspringers may be spotted.

The lodge has 14 spacious en-suite double rooms, some with extra single beds for children, and all rooms are equipped with DSTV facilities. It offers bed and breakfast as standard, with a restaurant serving lunch and dinner from an a la carte and bar meal menu. Additionally, there is a large conference center that can accommodate up to 50 people, with an overhead projection and microphone system. The lodge arranges tours to the Kruger Park, located approximately 40 minutes away, as well as to the Panorama route, Pilgrims Rest, and Graskop. Golfing tours can be organized, with the Nelspruit golf course being 8 km away, and White River, Malalane, and Leopards Creek courses nearby.

The Lowveld region is renowned for its diverse and beautiful birdlife, and the lodge can assist with arranging birding and wildlife excursions. Although the lodge offers a tranquil countryside atmosphere, the City of Nelspruit is only 12 km away, providing a variety of shopping centers, cinemas, restaurants, and a casino for those seeking nightlife. The lodge caters to small, intimate bush weddings for 40-60 guests, offering packages to suit different budgets, and couples can schedule a free consultation with the function coordinator to discuss their specific needs. Honeymoon packages, including picnics under the stars, are available upon request.

Children under the age of 12 sharing a room with their parents are not charged. Arrangements can be made to visit the Sudwala caves, and a day guided tour along the Panorama route, filled with historical heritage sites, is available. The rooms contain twin beds, a private bathroom with a shower, a private entrance, a TV with selected DStv channels, tile/marble floors, coffee/tea facilities, a wardrobe/closet, and towels and linens.
