Knorhoek Guest House & Wines

Knorhoek Guest House & Wines offers two luxury self-catering cottages. Guests staying in these cottages can walk barefoot to a well-appointed kitchen and prepare their first coffee of the day. They can relax on the stoep and watch the light. Their low-walled garden leads directly into the farm where vineyards, depending on the season, will either be heavy with bunches of ripe grapes ready for the harvest or the vines may be turning russet to signal autumn.

For guests staying in one of the eight en suite bedrooms, they can expect a farmhouse breakfast that will fuel them for an active day exploring the 200-ha farm or Stellenbosch and surrounds. Alternatively, they might simply pick up a book or camera and laze about the lawns under ancient oaks and avenues of Poplar trees planted by the families who lived and worked there over the centuries.

The Family suite is suitable for a couple who would like a large comfortable one-bedroomed apartment or a family with two children (or four friends). The ceilings in the Family suite are typically attic-style with slanted wood. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size Double bed.
