Koedoeskloof Guesthouse is an owner-run establishment situated on a 1.7-hectare smallholding in the Dwarsrivier Valley, 9 kilometers from Ladismith, just off Route 62 in the Western Cape. It offers guests a peaceful and tranquil environment, surrounded by the Klein Swartberg mountain range and overlooking the Towerkop mountain peak.

The guesthouse is approximately 450 kilometers from Port Elizabeth and another 330 kilometers from the center of Cape Town, making it an ideal one-night stop-over for guests traveling between these cities or a quiet weekend getaway in a safe and peaceful environment.

The accommodation comprises 4 en-suite rooms, each with separate entrances. Rooms 1, 2, and 3 are connected to a shared stoep that forms part of the main house. Three of the rooms have king-size beds that can be converted into twin beds, and en-suite bathrooms with showers. Room 4 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. A 5th room with a king-size bed plus a single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath is available for groups of more than 8 people.

The guesthouse offers comfortable, good-quality beds and 200-thread percale bed linen to ensure a good night's rest. It also provides pure white linen, anti-allergy pillows, and duvet inners, soft fluffy throws, warm blankets, fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and a well-stocked tea and coffee tray. The rooms are kept cool in summer with ceiling fans and warm in winter with wall heaters.

None of the rooms are self-catering, but the guesthouse caters to guests' needs in its on-site burger and breakfast restaurant. The casual dining area is the central point of the guesthouse where guests can relax and enjoy sundowners on the deck while taking in the scenic beauty of the Dwarsrivier Valley. For dinner, the guesthouse offers famous homemade gourmet burgers ranging from beef, kudu, chicken, to vegan, as well as other meals available by prior arrangement. The breakfast is highly rated and features fresh fruit in summer, plus a farm-fresh country breakfast with real filter coffee throughout the year.

Koedoeskloof Guesthouse is ideally located in an area that is easily accessible by car or motorcycle and is perfect for exploring the Klein Karoo region. It is also an off-road adventure motorbiking destination.
