Kogman & Keisie Guest Farm

Kogman & Keisie Guest Farm is a small organic farm located on the Route 62, bordering a 2000 ha Nature Reserve, and within walking distance from the Montagu town centre. The farm is situated at the foot of the Langeberg Mountain, offering magnificent views and a sense of Klein Karoo tranquillity. Its name is derived from the dramatic Kogmanskloof gorge and the modest Keisie River that meet on the property.

Kogman & Keisie Guest Farm provides guests with luxury self-catering and guesthouse accommodation. It offers five guesthouse rooms and two cottages, all stylishly appointed with unique features. A hearty farm breakfast is included for guesthouse guests, and all accommodation is serviced daily, allowing guests more time to relax or explore.

As an organic farm, Kogman & Keisie takes pride in working with nature. Guests can explore the olives, pomegranates, vegetables, and herbs grown on the farm, as well as the lavender fields and beehives. The farm also has a handful of sheep, ducks, geese, and hens that provide fresh eggs daily. All guests are welcome to enjoy fresh farm produce when available.

During the hot summer days, guests can cool off in the swimming pools, and during the evenings, they can enjoy the unsurpassable Karoo night sky with the whisper of the windmill turning in the lazy breeze. In winter, guests can witness the sun coloring the early morning mist with an array of orange, pink, and yellows while keeping cozy and warm.

The cottages at Kogman & Keisie Guest Farm are pet-friendly, but only on special request. The guesthouse offers a luxury room equipped with a queen-size bed (percale linen) and a freestanding Victorian bath, providing spectacular elevated views of the farm, town, and mountains. The room also features a television with DSTV.
