The shipping container homes are elegantly converted, each featuring a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, kitchenette, free Wi-Fi, and a private patio area. One container unit is pet-friendly. Patsy, the converted school bus, offers a comfortable double bed, bathroom facilities, fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor paved area for dining and braai activities, overlooking a grey water pond with abundant birdlife.

The Tipi provides a unique glamping experience with a queen-sized bed, ample storage space, well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities, and both indoor and outdoor shower options. Guests have access to the entire 3.5-hectare property, including a marked half-kilometer Snail Trail for nature walks.

The property operates as a self-sustaining homestead, with the hosts growing vegetables, producing honey, and maintaining egg production. The establishment runs completely off-grid, powered by solar energy, with a backup generator available. Water is sourced from a safe borehole system, and the property features a greywater recycling system for garden irrigation. Three friendly, well-socialized dogs reside on the property, and guests have access to free parking. The location is notable for its bird watching opportunities, with over 160 species recorded in the area.
