The Kommetjie Villa is situated within the Klein Slangkop Private Beachfront Estate, which is bordered by beaches and Table Mountain National Park. The estate has three gates that provide private access to a pristine white sand public beach. The villa itself is tucked away in the back corner of the estate, ensuring total privacy, and is approximately 750 meters from the beach.

The estate features its own nature trail through fynbos vegetation, leading to a spectacular lookout point, making it a paradise for birdwatchers. The villa offers breathtaking views of the Constantiaberg Mountains, and from the upstairs level, a view of the sea.

The villa is beautifully decorated with South African art and exudes a luxurious feel with its huge leather couches, percale linen, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and Hans Grohe fittings. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large refrigerator, a five-burner gas hob, a four-plate electric induction hob, an extra-large SMEG oven, and all necessary amenities.

The accommodation comprises three bedrooms (one king, one queen, and one twin), three bathrooms, and an additional queen bed on the upstairs landing, which is often used for extra children or teenagers. A cot is available in the communal area. Guests can relax out of the wind on the frameless glass-enclosed wrap-around veranda, take a dip in the 10-meter pool, or cozy up in front of the Scan fireplace during winter.

The villa is well-suited for entertaining, with its open-plan kitchen flowing into the dining area, lounge, and veranda. An outdoor braai pit and Weber BBQ are available, and the foldaway doors create a seamless transition between the lounge, veranda, and garden. Additionally, a piano, board games, and a vast collection of books contribute to an enjoyable and relaxing holiday experience.

The estate features 24-hour security and continuous patrols by guards on bicycles, ensuring a safe environment for children to play and cycle in the streets. The villa is serviced twice weekly, and linen is changed once a week. The owners live next door and are available to assist with queries or provide tourism advice if needed, while respecting guests' privacy.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and full premium DSTV (satellite TV) are included. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and guests can arrange spectacular horse rides onto the beach from a neighboring farm.
