Kosibay Bush Lodge is situated 5 km north of Emanguzi/Nkwanganase and 10 km from the Mozambican border, in the beautiful tropical area of Kosi Bay, which forms part of iSimangaliso Wetland Park on the KwaZulu-Natal's Elephant Coast. Its entrance is directly off the main road/R22. The lodge offers accommodation in the form of camping, rustic self-catered cabin rooms, caravan sites, tents set up with beds provided, and tents for hire.

The lodge features campfires and braais in the boma area, and its ablution facilities are neat, offering spacious showers that are serviced daily. Activities available include fishing for rock salmon, grunter, and stumpnose bream, as well as snorkeling at Kosi Bay Mouth in the estuary, where visitors can see a fantastic variety of aquarium fish. Visitors can also visit Ponta d'Oura in Mozambique, and the lodge offers diving opportunities, including one-day courses for beginners with an open water dive in the afternoon, and experienced divers can bring their gear and discover the reefs.

From November to February, visitors can join in on a night drive to see the giant turtles come in from the sea to lay their eggs. For those who have never caught a fish, the lodge offers the opportunity to discover fishing at Kosi Bay Lake Fishing Charters and Boat Tours, which welcomes ladies as well. The hosts aim to provide visitors with enjoyable and new experiences. The lodge also offers accommodation and tour packages, as well as Mozambique border parking and shuttles, and overnight stops for visitors traveling to Mozambique.

The Single Cabin Rooms at the lodge feature one bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite shower, toilet, basin, and ceiling fan. Some units (6, 7, and 9) have Openview TV, and the rooms have solar-powered electricity.
