Kranskloof Country Lodge

Kranskloof Country Lodge is situated in the heart of the Klein Karoo region, offering a true paradise for nature enthusiasts, families, and birdwatchers. It features breathtaking views of the lush Schoemanshoek Valley and the majestic Outeniqua Mountains. The lodge features four self-catering country cottages that are comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped.

The lodge provides a child-friendly atmosphere, ensuring that every family feels at home. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the saltwater swimming pool, while children can expend their energy on the trampoline. Each cottage is equipped with a braai area and standing braai facilities, allowing visitors to savor the quintessential South African outdoor cooking experience.

Kranskloof Country Lodge serves as a gateway to exploring the scenic beauty of the valley and nearby attractions. Visitors can marvel at the breathtaking Swartberg Pass, the impressive Cango Caves, the picturesque Rust en Vrede Waterfall, the family-friendly Cango Ostrich Farm, or the Cango Wildlife Range, among other notable destinations.

The lodge features a spacious yard where children can run around, play, or cycle freely. Additionally, guests are welcome to embark on hiking adventures in the beautiful surrounding mountains and kloofs. The accommodations consist of two rooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with two bunker beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The cottages are equipped with electric blankets, semi-equipped kitchens featuring fridges, microwaves, mini ovens or induction plates, and built-in braais on the terraces. DSTV is also available for entertainment.
