Kuboboyi River Lodge

Kuboboyi River Lodge is situated on top of a hill at the Leisure Bay SOUTH turn off in Port Edward, two minutes' drive from the shopping center, three minutes from the beach, and seven minutes from the Wild Coast Sun casino. The area offers numerous activities and tours for adventurous individuals. The lodge overlooks the river and provides a spectacular panoramic view of the sea meeting the continent, which is breathtaking.

Kuboboyi River Lodge is a family-friendly destination without televisions, ideal for group accommodations, party venues, small workshops, or weddings. The rustic guesthouse is comfortable and tastefully decorated with an African theme. It is surrounded by a tropical paradise and offers rooms (some with sea views), private bathrooms, fridges, and patios.

The lodge features a fully-equipped shared kitchen serviced by staff, a bar, a living room, and a dining room. Meals and breakfasts are available. Additionally, the lodge provides internet access, laundry service, and a veranda with amazing sea views where guests can relax and enjoy a braai around the swimming pool. Having personal transportation is recommended to explore the area, and the lodge can assist with tour bookings.

Situated in a sub-tropical area with lush surroundings, Kuboboyi River Lodge is inhabited by small geckos. From the cool veranda, guests can spot whales, dolphins, abundant birdlife, and small game. Guests can also hike the Umtamvuna Nature Reserve, regarded as one of the world's plant hotspots, with a total of 330 species of woody plants and 80 herbaceous plants.

The lodge offers a bright sea view from the veranda, overlooking one of the best beaches in South Africa. The small standard room features one double bed, a small private bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a private patio.
