Kudu Ridge Game Lodge

Kudu Ridge Game Lodge is a family-owned and operated establishment situated in the Addo Wildlife Private Game Reserve, spanning 3,500 hectares (8,648 acres). Located 16km from the main entrance of Addo Elephant National Park, the lodge offers a blend of luxury accommodation options including en-suite safari tents and chalets, with a total capacity of 44 guests.

The property features a central communal area housed in a boma, complete with a fire pit, bar, and viewing deck that overlooks the reserve, Sundays River Valley, and coastal sand dunes. Guests can enjoy traditional South African cuisine prepared by a full-time chef, including specialties such as braais, venison potjies, and signature chicken dishes.

The reserve is home to diverse wildlife including Kudu, Springbok, Impala, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Buffalo, and various bird species, with plans to introduce Lion and Hippopotamus. Activities available include guided game drives with qualified guides, safaris into Addo Elephant National Park, river safaris, zip-lining over the Sundays River, and sandboarding at Sundays River Mouth.

The accommodation options include luxury safari tents equipped with four single beds and en-suite bathrooms, comfort chalets with two single beds, and double chalets. All units feature private bathrooms with showers, hairdryers, extra bedding, tea and coffee stations, and scenic views of the Addo Bush. The lodge also houses a conference center that can accommodate up to 25 delegates and caters to small weddings and team-building events.
