Kududu Guest House

Kududu Guest House is a 4-star property situated in the Sundays River Valley (Eastern Cape), overlooking the luscious valley and close to the renowned Greater Addo Elephant Park. It offers a tranquil and luxurious setting amidst the valley bushveld, with panoramic views across farmlands and Eastern Cape bush in a malaria-free area.

The guest house provides accommodation in four luxury rooms, two standard rooms, and two self-catering garden cottages. The luxury rooms are fully equipped with en-suite bathrooms, TV (DStv), tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning, heater, single or king beds, and hairdryers. The standard rooms feature an indoor garden area, en-suite bathroom, single or king beds, and private entrance. The garden chalets can accommodate up to four people and include a lounge, veranda, air conditioning, kitchenette, one bedroom, en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, and TV (DStv). Crisp percale linen is used on all beds, and personal toiletries are provided.

Kududu Guest House offers bed and breakfast rates, with the chalets and one room being self-catering with the option to add breakfast. The facilities available to guests include a Jacuzzi, conference facilities for up to 20 delegates, a beautiful lush garden, room service, laundry services, internet, braai facilities, lapa, crystal clear swimming pool, bar, transfers, lounge, and veranda. The guest house is situated on a working farm called Nooitgedacht, which spans 530 hectares and includes a variety of citrus orchards.

The farm has a private nature reserve with various wildlife species, including giraffe, waterbuck, kudu, duiker, warthog, zebra, bushbuck, nyala, eland, bush pig, and various bird species. Guests can follow marked walking trails to observe wildlife or enjoy guided game drives to see the Big Five, including the feared African buffalo. The property also offers stargazing units, family units near a children's playground, and secluded garden cottages suitable for couples.

The Sundays River Valley area offers activities such as visiting the Addo Elephant Park, game viewing, mountain biking, bird watching, hiking, citrus tours, and 4x4 safaris.
