Kwaggaskop Game Farm

Kwaggaskop Game Farm is situated between Belfast and Dullstroom, within the Highlands Meander. The fully equipped, four-bedroom house is serviced daily, adding a touch of luxury to the quiet getaway. The unit is furnished with linen, cutlery, crockery, bath towels, a fridge/freezer, a gas stove, and an electric oven; however, there is no television.

This private leisure farm offers an ideal family getaway venue with trails suitable for hikers of all levels, from beginners to experienced. There is a fully-stocked trout fishing dam located merely 100 meters from the farmhouse. Visitors can detox and enjoy the surrounding landscape, which features a hidden waterfall, two gorges, a small cave, and many small ruins. While there are currently no marked mountain bike trails, guests are welcome to bring their mountain bikes to explore the area. Birdwatchers are advised not to forget their binoculars.

The Kwaggaskop Main Farm House consists of four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All bedrooms open out onto the decking surrounding the house, offering views of the forest, mountains, or dam. Two of the rooms have queen-size beds, while the remaining two rooms each have two single beds. The shared central part of the house has a lounge with a large fireplace, a dining area with seating for eight, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a microwave, gas stove, and electric oven. A minimum of four guests is required.
