Kwambili Game Lodge

Kwambili Game Lodge offers an authentic safari experience within the Thornybush Game Reserve near Hoedspruit, situated in the Greater Kruger area. The name "Kwambili," meaning "Place of Two" in the local Shangaan language, represents a lodge where visitors can immerse themselves in the African wilderness while enjoying modern comforts.

The reserve is home to the Big Five and hosts a diverse array of wildlife and bird species, providing excellent viewing opportunities during game drives and bush walks. The lodge features a strategically positioned hide where guests can safely observe wildlife, complemented by knowledgeable rangers who guide visitors through the intricacies of bush tracking and wildlife behavior.

The accommodation options include a thatched chalet and Meru-style safari tents, all equipped with modern amenities. The air-conditioned chalet is positioned near the main building, while the safari tents, also air-conditioned and protected by thatched roofs, are situated further away. Each unit features private patios, en-suite bathrooms with enclosed open-air showers, electricity, and beds with mosquito nets.

The lodge's facilities include a swimming pool, comfortable armchairs, and a bar for relaxation. Dining experiences are enhanced by meals served under the stars in the boma, with the option of private dining in the hide.
