Kwamdoni Unit 3

Kwamdoni Unit 3 is a self-catering accommodation unit situated in the KwaMdoni complex in Zinkwazi Beach. The unit comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to seven guests. It features an open-plan lounge and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, stove, fridge, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

The lounge and dining area are furnished with comfortable seating and a television, although guests are required to bring their own DStv decoder and smart card. The lower floor opens onto a veranda with patio furniture, providing access to braai facilities, a communal swimming pool, and parking for two vehicles.

The KwaMdoni complex is located opposite a public park and in close proximity to the beach. It is a secure complex with a fence, gates, and walls. The area is known for its beautiful beaches and lagoon, which is an estuary of the Zinkwazi River.

The main bedroom in the unit contains a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with a three-quarter bed and a bunk bed.
