Kwekwe Private Game Lodge

KweKwe Private Game Lodge, situated in Marble Hall, offers three distinctive self-catering lodges that provide an authentic African experience. The property features three unique accommodations: Hornbill Lodge, Ndebele Lodge, and Tata Somba, each positioned 500 meters apart to ensure privacy while remaining suitable for large group bookings.

Hornbill Lodge and Ndebele Lodge can host up to 11 and 13 guests respectively, featuring four bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms equipped with showers. The rooms offer various sleeping configurations including bunk beds, single beds, and double beds. Both lodges are furnished with modern amenities such as TVs, fans, air conditioning, and heaters. Ndebele Lodge, notably decorated by local Ndebele women from Mabhoko village, comprises three buildings and includes two wheelchair-accessible bedrooms.

Tata Somba, inspired by traditional Benin architecture, is a two-level thatched lodge that accommodates nine guests in four bedrooms. This stylishly decorated lodge features African art and artifacts from Benin and surrounding countries. Like its counterparts, it offers full self-catering facilities.

Each lodge boasts its own swimming pool, garden, play area, and braai facility. The properties feature spacious open-plan living areas, dining rooms with large wooden tables, and fully equipped kitchens with gas stoves and double refrigerator/freezer units. All accommodations include on-site parking.

The location provides easy access to local attractions including the Rooikrans Trail, Ribbokkloof 4x4 Trails, and Buffalo Gorge 4x4 Trail. Guests can enjoy dining at the nearby Ribbokkloof restaurant. Both Tata Somba and Ndebele lodges are wheelchair-friendly, making the property accessible to guests with mobility requirements.
