Kya Bella

Kya Bella is a charming self-catering house located in the Zini River Estate, Mtunzini. It provides easy access to the beach, bush walks, and a river. The house comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living area with a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a big stove and oven, microwave, toaster, Bodum, slow cooker, snackwich maker, and a Weber Braai. The TV is connected to SABC 1, 2, 3, and etv, but DSTV can be arranged for an additional fee.

Kya Bella offers a covered play area for kids, including a trampoline and a jungle gym. Guests can relax on the spacious patio leading from the lounge area, overlooking the hills and river. It is an ideal accommodation for families or groups of friends. There is a gym located 2km from the house where daily or weekly passes can be organized. Additionally, there is a local beautician available for pampering needs. Sightings of reedbuck, impala, zebra, fish eagles, palmnut vultures, and many other birds have been reported from the house.

The Mtunzini golf course is situated 1.5km away from Kya Bella. The house is located in an Eco estate that features picnic areas with jungle gyms, small dams for fishing, and plenty of safe roads for walking and cycling. The beach is situated within a nature reserve, with the entrance being a 3km drive from the estate. Kya Bella is a comfortably furnished house with three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. It can easily accommodate six adults and has the capacity for additional children if extra bedding is provided.
