La Luna @ Misty Mountains Guesthouse is a farmhouse situated in the picturesque Soutpansberg mountains in the Limpopo Province. The farmhouse is surrounded by breathtaking scenery, with the mountains towering behind it and vast plantations stretching out into the distance. The old farmhouse offers the comforts of bygone days, including a beautiful old fireplace in the dining room that provides warmth on cold nights. Despite its remote location, which is 9 km outside of town and 4 km off the N1 main road, the guesthouse offers modern luxuries.

The guesthouse is located in the heart of the Soutpansberg Mountains, an area known for its unique biodiversity. Louis Trichardt, where the guesthouse is located, is in close proximity to Thoyandou, Punda Maria, and Pafuri Gates of the Kruger National Park. The area also features attractions such as the Venda Sacred Forest, waterfalls, and the Albasini and Nondoni Dams.

Louis Trichardt hosts the nationally renowned Kremetart cycle race annually, offering ideal routes for cyclists and motorcyclists. For children, there is a jungle gym and swings available on the premises. One of the rooms at the guesthouse is a large room with four single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a tea and coffee station, a TV with DStv, and an outside patio with braai facilities.
