La Maison Du Soleil

La Maison Du Soleil is a three-bedroom double-storey house situated in Pennington, a coastal village area. It is located one street away from the beach, approximately 70 meters away, which is a two-minute walk to the ocean. The house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge area, dining room, kitchen with pantry, a swimming pool, and braai facilities. There is also an open plan sleeping area for two single beds in the upstairs lounge. Netflix is available for guests, and they are welcome to bring their own DStv.

The surrounding area offers secluded beaches, tidal pools, and a bay. The Selborne Park Course and Umdoni Golf Course are nearby, providing an opportunity for golfing while enjoying bird watching, ocean views, and surrounding forest landscapes. The house accommodates three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary facilities and a scullery. It also features a lounge, dining area, braai facilities, and a swimming pool. An additional charge of R300 per person applies for extra guests.
