Laasteskof, one of the oldest historic working small farms in Prince Albert was built in 1945 by the late medical doctor Luttig as a retirement home. A stay at Laasteskof offers the ultimate experience of Karoo farm life in the center of town, just a few minutes' walk from all the restaurants, The Showroom Theatre, and places of interest.

The house features two double en-suite bedrooms, a sleeper day bed (sleeps two), a separate guest toilet, a lovely outdoor shower, a fully equipped kitchen, lovely lounge areas, DSTV and WiFi, an eastern-facing stoep with a built-in braai, and beautiful views of the seven-hectare farm where sheep graze on the green fields. Safe off-street, undercover parking is provided, and guests can help themselves to produce from the beautiful organic vegetable garden, depending on what is in season. Chickens and turkeys roam freely on Laasteskof.

Imperfection is Karoo perfection, and staying at Laasteskof is characterized as a Karoo experience with leisure. Laasteskof is a self-catering house with two spacious double en-suite rooms and a double day bed couch in one lounge, perfect for kids or teenagers.
