Lagoon House

Lagoon House is situated in Plettenberg Bay, one of South Africa's premier destinations along the popular Garden Route. The house has a unique character that embodies privacy, combined with the luxury of a home away from home comfort, and is positioned in the best location in the area. It offers ample accommodation and is fully furnished.

The area, fondly known as the "Poortjies", is a quiet part of Plettenberg Bay with magnificent views and unparalleled access to the beach, the lagoon, and the bay. Plettenberg Bay is renowned as the destination of choice for South Africa's rich and famous, as well as for its top wildlife, outdoor, and adventure activities.

The house features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The lounge area is part of a large open-plan dining and kitchen area and includes a TV with DStv. There is also an outdoor shower with cold water for rinsing off after the beach, as well as Weber braai facilities.

The front gate from the garden provides direct private access onto old Lookout or Lagoon Beach, which is very safe for swimming and ideal for children and families. Visitors are also welcome to moor a boat just in front of the house.

South Africans and international visitors enjoy the Garden Route town of Plettenberg Bay as it offers glorious, unspoilt beaches, fine dining, a vibrant nightlife, and a year-round mild climate. Plettenberg Bay, thanks to the sheltered bay area, is also ideal for mating and calving of the Southern Right whales, who arrive every year during winter and spring.
