Lake Grappa Guest Farm

Lake Grappa Guest Farm is situated in the heart of the Green Kalahari and surrounded by table grape vineyards. It offers accommodation options including four self-catering chalets and four bed and breakfast rooms. The chalets are air-conditioned and equipped with kitchenettes, lounge areas, and indoor braai facilities. The chalets have bathrooms with showers, towels, and amenities. One-bedroom chalets are furnished with queen-size beds, while two-bedroom chalets have queen-size and twin beds.

The bed and breakfast rooms offer views of the lake and are furnished with queen-size or single beds. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, towels, and amenities. The rooms are air-conditioned and have TVs with DStv. Some rooms are connected, and all open onto an outside patio. Breakfast is served at the clubhouse.

The guest farm provides dining options, including a function room for meals, braai packs available for purchase, and a bar for sundowners. Meals are served daily, and pizzas are offered on Wednesdays and Fridays. A venue overlooking Lake Grappa is available for weddings or conferences, accommodating up to 200 guests with catering services provided.

Guests can participate in various activities such as slalom skiing, hiking trails, fishing by the Orange River, canoeing, horse riding, game drives, quad biking, 4x4 routes, mountain biking, and paddle boating. They can also pick their own export table grapes or relax on the patio with a glass of wine. The guest farm features a large lake where families can enjoy swimming together, surrounded by grass areas for children to play and a jungle gym. Canoeing on the lake is also available. A camping site with ablution facilities, power points, and a semi-shaded grassy area near the lake is provided.
