Lalamanzi

Lalamanzi is a self-catering accommodation located on the Breede River in Witsand. It is an upmarket, beautifully furnished 4-bedroom home that offers comfortable accommodation. The house is ideal for families or groups and provides views of the river from the living room, two bedrooms, a games room, and an upstairs wooden deck.

The house can accommodate up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children. It comprises 4 bedrooms, where the first, second, and third bedrooms each contain a double bed, and the fourth bedroom is a large room upstairs with 4 single beds, suitable for children. Additionally, the house has 2 bathrooms and a third bathroom with a basin and toilet.

The open-plan layout includes a kitchen, lounge, and dining room, as well as a games room featuring a pool table, a bar counter, and chairs. The games room leads to the upstairs wooden deck. Other amenities include an indoor fireplace, an outdoor braai area, a TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a washing line, an oven and stove, and a fridge. There is also a verandah downstairs.

For security, access to the estate is through a remote control gate for guests and residents only. Parking is available for 2 vehicles on the road in front of the home inside the estate. The area is known for its slow-paced and relaxed atmosphere, with small locally owned shops and restaurants. Visitors can watch kite surfers, go for walks, or relax by the sea. The area is ideal for fishing in the estuary and deep-sea fishing.

Boat mooring is available in front of the house for exclusive use.
