Landskroon Cottage

Landskroon Wines, situated on the South Western slopes of Paarl Mountain, is a prestigious wine estate with a rich heritage spanning five generations of the de Villiers family. Current cellarmaster Paul de Villiers, representing the fifth generation, manages the estate alongside his brother Hugo and cousins Madelief and Huguette, continuing their family's legacy of passionate winemaking.

The estate has earned a distinguished reputation for its premium white and red wines, Blanc de Noir, and Cape Vintage Port-style wine. Visitors to Landskroon can enjoy spectacular views over the vineyards toward Table Mountain, complemented by two food-and-wine pairing options, cheese platters, or the opportunity to bring their own picnic.

The property features an exclusive self-catering cottage nestled under oak trees, accommodating up to four guests with a double bed and a double sleeper couch. The cottage is elegantly furnished and fully equipped, offering an en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower facilities, plus an additional guest toilet. Daily servicing is provided for guests' convenience.

Located in a prime position within the Cape Winelands, the cottage serves as an ideal base for exploring the renowned towns of Stellenbosch, Paarl, and Franschhoek. Its location, just 40 minutes from Cape Town, makes it a perfect tranquil retreat after city excursions.
