Lark House is a peaceful mountain house with views over False Bay located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to several tourist attractions and beaches. The detached house can accommodate up to 8 people, with a maximum of 6 adults, across its three bedrooms. It has two bedrooms with queen-size beds and one large attic room with two single beds and one double bed.

The house features two bathrooms with bath and shower facilities. It features three decks, including a lower deck with a braai (BBQ) and picnic bench, an upper deck with outdoor seating, both offering lovely ocean views, and a secluded garden deck with wonderful mountain views. The house also has a natural fynbos garden with direct access to hiking trails that form a part of the Table Mountain National Park, a world heritage site.

Lark House offers amenities such as private parking, two smart TVs with access to Netflix and YouTube, board games, inclusive Wi-Fi, a travel cot, a stair gate, a baby bath, and special cups and cutlery for children.
