Lebanon Citrus Holiday Farm is nestled in the scenic Clanwilliam area of South Africa's Western Cape, offering spectacular views of the Cedarberg mountains and Clanwilliam Olifants dam. The property boasts a rich historical significance, featuring tales of the old Cape Way, a submerged road that once connected to the town, along with fascinating Bushman and Voortrekker heritage.
The farm offers various accommodation options to suit different preferences. The Citrus Cottage features two rooms accommodating four guests, with a lounge and two bathrooms, situated on a hill providing privacy and panoramic views. The Runway House comprises three bedrooms sleeping six people, complete with a kitchen, spacious living room, two bathrooms, and a private garden with barbecue facilities.
Four wooden bungalows are available on the property, consisting of two 2-sleeper and two 4-sleeper units. Each unit comes with its own barbecue area and parking space. Bedding is provided, but guests need to bring their own towels. The units have access to either shared or private bathroom facilities.
The camping area features 24 sites in total, with 20 electrified sites and 4 non-electrical options. Sites 1-6 are categorized as large, sites 7-10 as small, and sites 11-20 as medium-sized. Each powered site includes electricity access and boat parking. Communal bathrooms and barbecue areas are available for campers' use.
The location is particularly known for its seasonal wildflower displays following rainfall and offers various outdoor activities. Visitors can enjoy swimming, fishing, and water sports on the dam, making it an ideal destination for both relaxation and adventure seekers.
