Leopards Ledge is an African-inspired self-catering cottage that accommodates up to four guests, offering privacy and panoramic views. The rock lounge area has large comfortable sofas, full DSTV, a flat-screen television, and an indoor fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a spacious refrigerator, chest freezer, and oven.

A key highlight is the elaborate outdoor thatched entertainment area, which comprises a wooden viewing deck, table tennis, darts, a jet master BBQ, and a designer heater outdoor 16-seater jacuzzi. There is also a rock swimming pool on the property.
