Limpokwena Nature Reserve

Limpokwena Nature Reserve is a lodge situated at the confluence of the Limpopo and Magalakwena Rivers, near the town of Alldays. It comprises four self-catering chalets and one family cottage. The chalets feature en-suite bathrooms, a communal kitchen, dining room, and lounge, while the cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, a dining room, and braai facilities. The lodge offers amenities such as Wi-Fi Internet access, a swimming pool, and on-site parking.

Limpokwena Nature Reserve provides an affordable wilderness experience for families. Guests have the opportunity to spot various wildlife, including giraffes, hippos, crocodiles, gemsboks, bushbucks, waterbucks, greater and lesser bushbabies, porcupines, genets, spotted hyenas, and the elusive leopard. Each guest receives one game drive per day, with morning drives departing at 6:00 am and returning at 8:00 am, including a hot beverage and homemade rusks. Afternoon drives depart at 3:30 pm and return at 5:30 pm, accompanied by a sundowner and snack.

The lodge prioritizes hygiene measures, with each room and facility equipped with hand sanitizer for easy access. Guest rooms are sanitized and disinfected between check-ins. The chalets feature a king-sized bed and can accommodate two additional single beds for children. Each chalet has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the chalets are freestanding for added privacy.
