Linda Vista

Linda Vista is one of the last remaining original historical villas in Camps Bay, now declared a heritage site. The villa is located just one block away from the main Camps Bay beach and the famous Camps Bay promenade, which features white sandy beaches and a plethora of restaurants and bars.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main, second, and third bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The third bedroom has a door leading to the courtyard. The fourth bedroom contains two single beds, which can be converted into a king-size bed upon request, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The fifth bedroom is an outside room with a separate entrance, containing a queen-size bed, a bar fridge, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and fresh percale linen, towels, and beach towels are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen is suitable for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The laundry room has a washing machine and tumble-dryer. The dining area can seat up to 10 people, while the lounge features a comfortable couch and an original wood-burning fireplace. The TV room has a three-seater couch and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.

The property offers a single garage and off-street parking for up to three cars. There is a pool on the property, and the courtyard features a braai area with a 12-seater table.
