Lindani Game And Lodges is situated on a beautiful 3000ha private game farm in the Waterberg, 280kms from Johannesburg. The lodge offers a varied topography that includes mountains, valleys, perennial streams and rivers, wetlands, kloofs, towering sandstone cliffs, mountain bushveld, open plains, magnificent trees, and rock formations. Maps to explore the area are provided in each lodge.

It offers a choice of eight lovingly furnished, secluded lodges and cottages, plus a tented camp. Each unit has its own pool. By taking single party bookings only, Lindani offers total privacy. Guests have the freedom to explore the whole property when it suits them, with the request to respect the privacy of other guests. No quad bikes or motorbikes are allowed.

Lindani prides itself on the warmth and friendliness of its staff, attention to detail, and being family-friendly. It is ideal for families, mountain bikers, and hikers, with larger lodges suitable for family gatherings, special occasions, special interest groups, and small conferences and workshops for up to 30 delegates, with projector and flip charts provided.

The lodges vary in size from four to 18 beds, are fully equipped and very comfortable, with amenities such as swimming pools, gas stoves, fireplaces, outside sheltered braai areas, and some have dishwashers and gas braais. Beds can be made up as king size or twins.

Activities include recreational cycling on farm roads, mountain biking on 50kms of first-class single track or at the nearby Mountain Bike Park, birding with 200 species to view, guided or unguided game viewing with an excess of 40 species of game including giraffe and a variety of plains game, buffalo in a separate area, 35kms of Green Flag status hiking trails, rock art visits, and picnic spots alongside child-friendly streams.

Facilities on offer include freshly prepared meals and goodies from an extensive menu available from the farm kitchen (meals need to be ordered 5 days before arrival), un-serviced, partially serviced or fully serviced accommodation including child-minding for a few hours a day, a shop with local arts, crafts, and emergency kitchen items, as well as cots, high chairs, and large-wheel strollers for toddlers. Lindani is also a suitable venue for bushveld weddings.

Lindani Game And Lodges has over 40 species of game including giraffe and a variety of plains game, buffalo in an accessible separate area, and over 200 species of birds. It offers guided game drives or walks, or guests can explore on their own at their own pace. Privacy is a key feature of Lindani, with the peace and quiet of the bushveld and no pressure to do anything, allowing guests to enjoy at their own pace.

One of the beautifully appointed cottages has two en-suite bedrooms, each fitted with king beds that can be converted into twin beds. It has a private swimming pool, and guests have exclusive use of the stunning dam that the cottage overlooks.
