Little 13 Mill Street is a very secure, self-catering, air-conditioned apartment located in a quiet spot of McGregor. It has its own private entrance. The owners reside on the property separately from the apartment and are available to assist if needed. They have lived in McGregor for more than 20 years and can provide advice about the village or the neighboring wine farms.

The apartment can accommodate up to two guests and consists of an open-plan bedroom and lounge area, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The open-plan bedroom features a queen-size bed, bedside lamps, and plugs for charging cell phones. The open-plan lounge area has a comfortable couch, two chairs, and a flat-screen TV for Netflix. There is also a wardrobe space with a built-in safe for valuables and a hairdryer. Broadband Wi-Fi is provided.

Due to the high ceilings, the apartment remains cool in the summer and warm in the winter. A small balcony off the lounge area faces spectacular grasslands and mountains, providing a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sundowners while watching cows grazing nearby.

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery, toaster, egg boiler, and kettle. Tea, coffee, milk, and sugar are provided. The bathroom is located off the kitchenette and features a shower, toilet, and washbasin.

The stunning, newly built apartment is very secure, with light blue shutters protecting all doors. When closed, the shutters allow for soft lighting and airflow. The lighting in the open-plan lounge and bedroom is indirect, pointing towards the white exposed beams and pitched ceiling.

Off-street parking is available on the premises. Breakfast is available at an additional fee but should be ordered at the time of booking. Braai facilities, including a small Weber for the balcony or front garden, are also available.
